mamarags This song is great! I love the lyrics and the harmonies. Not much of a hip hop affecionado but this whole album is a keeper! Favorite track: Living Lucid (Featuring Rachel Reilly).

about

On November 18, the birth of a star will be evident. Out of the FarFetched galaxy comes the beginnings of the new era of St. Louis hip hop. Wes Ragland is one half of Subtle Aggression Monopoly. He and P.O.E.T. X have been circling each other in the cosmos - the binary star that is making cosmic waves in the genre of hip hop.

With this project, the stardust that was Th@ Kidd C@$Per has coalesced into the developing star that is Wes Grey. With this project, Blue Birth, Ragland takes an introspective approach that is somewhat uncommon in a genre filled with big egos and braggadocio. In ‘Don’t lose My Way’, Ragland even pays homage to his grandmother who lost her entire family and the pain that must have caused her. He sees that this has had an impact on his family and himself. In the midst of the pain, he is praying to whatever gods may be that he finds his way and doesn’t succumb to the losses he may face. The album features vocals from Deja Bue, Rachel Reilly and Micah Garrido.
